Michael Cox

A native Charlottean and devoted Panthers fan, Michael always planned to make Charlotte his home. Michael attended Appalachian State University. Upon graduation he joined the National Renewable Energy Corporation where he managed the land development of over $100 million dollars worth of utility scale solar farms.

Even though Michael was successful at developing solar farms, he always had a passion for real estate and owning investment properties. In 2012, Michael made his dream come true by purchasing his first rental property in Charlotte. Since then, Michael and his fiance have purchased another investment property in which they own and manage together. Michael and his fiance are well on their way to accumulating a successful real estate portfolio. They are excited to purchase more properties and watch the appreciation on their investments.

The excitement of researching the local real estate market and following through on his dreams of buying investment properties is why Michael decided to get into real estate. He wants to share his knowledge, passion and experience with his clients to help them fulfill their dreams of owning real estate as well.

Fun Fact: I currently hold the record for the most wrestling matches ever won by an individual at Myers Park High School.
