Heather entered the real estate market in 2013 to compliment her passion for the relocation field. Being new to the city herself in 2009, she immediately fell in love with the energy, opportunity and sense of community she experienced. With a solid desire to serve others and wanting to help them experience the same quality of life she had discovered, she began My City Hosts LLC. in 2010. My City Hosts specializing in transitioning individuals and corporations into the local and surrounding communities using a process called transLOCAL. TransLOCAL is centered around the people and relationship part of moving. It incorporates everything from working with candidates on the pre-hire side of employment, boarding new employee’s and continues through a beyond boarding process as far out as 14 months post hire to help retain those employee’s and their relocation.

Heather has worked to support a wide range of entities from Charlotte’s economic development, major corporations, investors and many individuals who are looking for new opportunities and a quality of life that is offered here in Charlotte.
