Elizabeth was born and raised in Mint Hill, North Carolina. After graduating from high school, she went on to study at North Carolina State University, later earning her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UNC Charlotte. She is also a credentialed Certified Professional Coder. After traveling and then residing in New England for 5 years, she came back home to North Carolina to be closer to family while raising her son, Christian. Her interests include Panthers football, gardening, and the outdoors.
Fun Fact! Elizabeth has seen a moose, a momma bear with two cubs, and a bald eagle in one season from her back deck while living in New Hampshire!
