"Live the Life you Love... and…Love the Life you Live!" This is a mantra I strive to live by every day! My two great loves in life, besides my wife Stephanie and my four children (Desi, Derek, Grace, and Jack), are flying airplanes and working in Real Estate. I have been very fortunate to have a career flying airplanes for the US Air Force and for Delta Airlines for the last 38 years. In 2005 I decided to pursue my other passion…Real Estate. Mostly as an investor to begin with but as my Real Estate career evolved, I found that I was drawn to buying and refurbishing homes and large apartment buildings for resale or conversion to condominiums. I also was able in 2008, during the economic downturn, to find "opportunity in the chaos” of the situation and help homeowners and investors find what they were looking for too. I pride myself in being able to identify properties that have lots of potential. Living in Kentucky at the time, I was a licensed Real Estate Broker and Developer in addition to my flying career. In 2015 our family decided it was time to come back home to NC (my wife Stephanie is from High Point and I am from Wilkesboro). We moved to Davidson in 2017 and live in River Run. Here we quickly wanted to get involved and I currently serve on the Property Owners Association of River Run as the Appearance Chair for the neighborhood and Stephanie serves on the Welcome Committee for new neighbors as homes are sold. Shortly after moving back home I got my NC Real Estate License and hope to continue my love of helping homeowners and investors find what they are looking for. As a person who has moved recently and many times during my US Air Force career, I understand what its like to get to a new city and try to figure out your new life. I bring a unique perspective for investors and homeowners and feel confident I can help you find what you are looking for.
FUN FACT: When our family left Kentucky in 2015 we sold almost everything we owned, took our two youngest children out of school, and traveled around the World for almost 2 years….What an adventure!!
