Wendy Iannarone and Greg Martin work as a team for the clients of MartinGroup Properties.
Wendy was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida until moving to Charlotte at age 14. She graduated from East Mecklenburg High School and then graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a degree in Elementary Education. She then completed her Montessori training. Since graduating she has worked at home as a Full-time Mom (her favorite position of all time.) She also worked for 7 years as the Office Manager of Redeemer's Recovery Ranch, a substance abuse treatment center for women.
She lives in Indian Trail, NC with her husband, Steve, of 30+ years. They have 3 grown and married children and four beautiful grandchildren.
Fun Fact: Wendy loves all wildlife and often travels to locations where she can observe animals like whales, bears, wolves, etc. in their natural environments. The closer the better!
Greg is the Owner/Broker of MartinGroup Properties and has been licensed since 1999. Greg is originally from Elizabethtown, PA and moved to Charlotte in 1992 after graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate. Greg relocated to the Charlotte area to pursue a career as a regional sales representative for a national printing company. During his 6 year tenure as a sales professional, he began investing in Real Estate properties throughout the Charlotte metro area and now has a portfolio of 9 rental properties that he currently owns and manages. His experiences with real estate investing naturally led him to his new career as a real estate broker.
Greg received his Real Estate license in 1999 and began his career as a Realtor with RE/MAX Executive Realty. During Greg's tenure at RE/MAX Executive Realty, he consistently earned top 100 RE/MAX agents per total sales volume in all of NC & SC. In March of 2004, Greg finished #2 in sales volume for the Charlotte metro area among all individual RE/MAX agents. Greg also received the prestigious RE/MAX Platinum Club designation multiple years as well as the Hall of Fame award for earned commissions in excess of $1,000,000.00.
In 2009, Greg launched his own real estate company called MartinGroup Properties and is the Owner & Broker of the firm. Greg is licensed in NC & SC and personally works with both buyers and sellers all over the Charlotte metro area including all of the surrounding towns, counties and bordering towns in SC. Greg has served over 1200 families during his career and his team is consistently ranked in the top 1% in the Nation for total sales volume. In 2015, Greg was nominated "The 15 Best Realtors in Charlotte, NC" and has won the Five Star Award five years for outstanding professional service. In 2016, Greg was blessed and honored to be named 100 most influential Real Estate Agents for 2016. Greg was recognized for the award at the Real Estate Mastermind held at the Charlotte Convention Center where he was a guest speaker at the event. His sales during his tenure as a Realtor have exceeded over $190,000,000.00. In 2017 Greg ranked 58 out of 11879 Carolina MLS Members in sales volume. Greg was awarded "America's Top 100 Real Estate Agents" in 2018.

Greg currently resides in the beautiful town of Davidson, just minutes north of Charlotte. He enjoys spending time with his amazing wife, two sons, daughter and their two crazy dogs that think they're humans. Greg also enjoys working out, hiking, skiing, going to Carolina Panthers football games and attending Forest Hill Church.
